I am José Manuel Monfort, tenor singing student at the « Joaquín Rodrigo » Superior Conservatory of Music in Valencia, Spain. I am in the last year of my « Singing Performance » degree and will probably graduate in May or June (before starting the JOBE 2024 program).

The question is, I would like to know if I can apply for the program auditions in Barcelona, Spain, or I cannot do so under the condition of the minimum level requirement of musical studies.
