I’m Mattia Tallarini, and I’m a student from Marcocchi Stefano in Verona for baroque Viola, and Giuseppe Miglioli, for the modern Viola.
I was interested in the auditions for the Jobe orchestra, but I have some questions.
The first Is a burocratic question: I study baroque playing as I said, but It’s a free course, then I don’t have exams or certifications; it’s a problem?
The second question is about the piece for the video: from the solo repertoire, me and my teacher don’t know about any authentic pieces for the Viola da Braccio from that age. Could you explain better what can I choose for the audition?
