Her repertoire is versatile and includes everything from early music to lieder, romances and opera. Mari has been a soloist with the Norwegian Baroque Ensemble multiple times, with leaders such as Steven Devine, Kati Debretzeni and Alexis Kossenko. She did Purcell’s Fairy Queen lead by harpsichordist Laurence Cummings with Cambridge Early Music Summer School in 2022, and sang the soprano part in Mahler’s 4.symphony for the first time with the Norwegian Radio Orchestra. She’s been a soprano soloist in works such as Bach’s Christmas oratorio, Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater, Mendelssohn’s Psalm 42 and Händel’s Messiah. She is also a part of the new opera academy by the Queen Sonja Competition.
