She completed both with a Bachelor’s degree. During this time, she also sang in important vocal and chamber ensembles, especially as a soloist in « Memoria de América », an ensemble that performs Latin American baroque music. In 2015, she founded the « Duo Irribarra-De la Fuente » with classical guitarist David Irribarra and currently the duo continues to perform in Germany.

In 2018, she moved to Germany where she began her studies of baroque singing at the Hochschule für Musik Trossingen, in the class from Gundula Anders, studies that she completed in July of this year. In addition, there she actively participates in various early music projects with
Jan Van Elsacker and Lorenz Duftschmid.

In recent years she has participated in masterclasses with prominent early music teachers and performers including: Dagmar Saskova (France), Barbara Kusa (Argentina), Elizabeth Dobbin (Australia), Elam Rotem (Israel), Ulrike Hofbauer (Germany), Emma Kirkby (England), Bettina Pahn (Germany) und Judit Felszeghy (Hungary).

In 2020 she was at the « Bovicelli Competition », a competition focused on the art of « diminutions » with 16th and 17th century repertoire, and thanks to her outstanding participation she received a scholarship to attend courses on the same subject, awarded by the Stiftung Schloss Weißenbrunn.

In 2021 she was a finalist at the Gijón Early Music Competition together with the harpsichordist Laura Mingo Pérez. In the same year, she was recruited by Egeria, a women’s ensemble for medieval music, and has since made repeated tours to Spain, the ensemble’s home.

In 2022, she was selected by the Bach Academy Stuttgart as a member of the JSB Ensemble under the direction of Hans-Christoph Rademann and also as a member of the Hanse Ensemble in Lübeck under the direction of Manfred Cordes.

In addition, Romina specialised in baroque dance and baroque gestures with Bernd Niedecken and Deda Colonna and thus took part in various baroque festivals in Germany.
